Please read through our Terms and Conditions, before buying our products.
1.The furniture is reconditioned and all linens are freshly laundered. All items are subject to availability.
2.Full payment (1 month rental, Security Deposit and Transportation) in advance needs to be paid upon order confirmation.
3.Payment by credit cards are subject to handling charges / Cheque must be cleared before delivery. (Please refer to "Payment Details")
4.Security Deposit of $100 is fully refundable within 14 days after expiry of the lease (without interest) and is held by WTP against loss or willful misuse of the furniture.
5.Condominium management charges (if applicable) will be borne by the client.
6.Transportation is charged at $100 (delivery and collection). Subsequent trips are chargeable at a minimum of $50.00 per trip.
7.Delivery and Collection of furniture - 3 working days is required upon confirmation (excluding Public Holidays & Weekends).
8.Items which are soiled, damaged or missing will be invoiced separately.
9.Signed proposal is final as confirmation of order. Cancellation will attract a 50% penalty charge based on monthly rental.
10.The rates quoted for short term rental are applicable on a minimum of one month, renewable on monthly basis and will not be prorated for any shorter period.
11.Rates quoted are exlusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST).
